Proteomics Tools Center
If you are looking for the Seattle Proteome Center
(NHLBI Proteomics Center at the Institute for Systems Biology),
then please go to www.proteomecenter.org
Proteomics is the study of the proteins present in living systems, and of how proteins interact with other proteins and with other molecules.
This web site provides proteomics resources for biologists and other researchers. In the United States, the NIH has funded academic proteomics centers as core facilities. These centers typically research new proteomics techniques, and perform proteomics analysis as a service to their collaborators. Other countries have broadly similar programs. Many pharmaceutical companies have similar facilities to support drug discover and development.
The software, protocols, and standards on this web site are useful for proteomics analysis.
